General Express Voyages collects only what it needs to sell you a ticket, carry your parcels and keep you informed.
What we collect
Each passenger’s name and ID, required to travel.
Your phone number, to send your ticket and news about your trip.
For a parcel: the sender’s and receiver’s names and phones.
Payments are handled by your mobile money operator: we never see your PIN.
Why
To issue your tickets, check passengers’ identity at boarding, track parcels and tell you about a delay or a change. We never sell your data.
How long
As long as the trip and the company’s legal duties require, then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting one of our stations.
