Parcels must be collected within 48 hours of arrival; after that, we are not responsible for their safety.
We have no facilities to keep perishable goods such as animals and food.
We do not carry breakable items (glass, bottles, eggs…); if the customer insists, we may do so at their own risk.
The figure (1) as the parcel’s value means the value was not declared.
N.B. If a parcel is lost or damaged through the carrier’s fault, compensation is limited to the declared value.
